Refund & Cancellation Policy


Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We here at Impact Coaching Circle™ want to guarantee your 100% satisfaction and will work to ensure that you’re happy with your membership ongoing. 

That said, we understand if you decide that the program is not the right fit or the right timing. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy below so you know what your options are should you choose to request a refund or cancellation.

Refund Policy

You can cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. 

Please send your refund request to: icc@milenanguyen.com.  

Any approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that exchange rates may affect the refund amount.

Cancellation Policy:

For monthly membership, you need to commit to a starting 3-month plan with Impact Coaching Circle™ to ensure you have enough time to create real business results using the resources and support available in the membership. After the 3 consecutive-month commitment, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled at any time after that. (We believe you’ll want to stay, though!)

All access to Impact Coaching Circle™’s materials will be removed once a cancellation request is approved. 

All cancellation requests must be sent to icc@milenanguyen.com at least 5 business days before your next scheduled payment date.

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.

Members will be notified of any policy changes via email at least 30 days before implementation.
