Refund & Cancellation Policy


Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Our team at Impact Coaching Circle™ wants to guarantee your 100% satisfaction and will work to ensure that you’re happy with your membership ongoing. 

At the same time, we understand if you decide that the program is not the right fit or the right timing. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy below so you know your options should you request a refund or cancellation.

FOR MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS

You have 14 days of purchase to try the program and request a refund by emailing us at icc@milenanguyen.com if you find the program does not fit your needs. A refund will also cancel your membership.

*To ensure you have enough time to create real business results using the resources and support available in the membership, monthly members need to commit to a starting 3-month plan with Impact Coaching Circle.

After the 3-month commitment, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled at any time after that. (We believe you’ll want to stay, though!)

Canceling your membership after 14 days of the initial purchase does NOT refund the current month’s payment (or the previous month’s payment if you cancel before your current month’s billing day) because we delivered for you.

FOR ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEMBERS

You have 14 days of purchase to try the program and request a full refund by emailing us at icc@milenanguyen.com if you find the program does not fit your needs. A refund will also cancel your membership.

Canceling your membership after 14 days of the initial purchase does NOT refund your investment. You will still be able to enjoy everything Impact Coaching Circle has to offer until the end of your annual membership.
