When I was 24, I said no to fancy corporate offers to become a yoga teacher.
I remember taking all my savings, renting a space on the 2nd floor of an old building, and renovating the place with my own hands to turn that into a yoga studio.
The studio's opening was one of the happiest days of my life.
But just 2 years after, I had to shut down the business.
I told everyone, including myself, that I did so because I wanted location freedom - which was true but not the full truth.
The other reason I closed the studio - the one I was too ashamed to admit - was that we were barely getting by.
At the end of the month, after paying the rent and the staff, I paid myself $ 250.
250 dollars a month. For 2 whole years. I was burnout, and I couldn’t go on.
That failure was one of the hardest things I’ve had to go through. But it taught me an important lesson:
No matter how passionate or skilled you are, if you don't know how to earn a sustainable living doing your work, you cannot help people.
And that’s what coaching training schools don’t teach you.
You can be the best coach in the world, but if you don’t know how to enroll clients, no one will benefit from your work. (And you end up with an empty business bank account!)
I took all those hard-earned lessons to heart when I dived into coaching.
Within just 3 months, my business hit the $8,000 mark in monthly revenue, almost unheard of in the coaching space.
9 years, some major fumbles, 3 TEDx Talks, 1 published book, 50,000 followers, and 100+ clients (from 15+ countries) later…

The short answer is: Yes. Though coach training can be valuable, the real coach training school is your life. Not a certification program. Our framework helps you to locate your unique genius as a coach and the best gift you can offer to your clients based on all your life experiences. Your lived wisdom is what will get your clients results. However, it is important to note that Impact Coaching Circle is not focused on honing your coaching skills. We highly encourage new members to have some kind of previous training and experience with coaching before joining this membership.

Each weekly training video takes up to 30 minutes, plus the time you’ll need to implement the exercises and action steps, but everything available is for you to study at your own pace. Each week you will also the opportunity to attend different live calls and talks which are also optional and will be recorded in case you’re not available.
Every month you will experience live calls that include a Group Coaching Session, Mastermind Session, and Expert Talks. Call dates, times and links will always be available inside your Membership Area at the beginning of every month, so you can plan ahead. These calls are all live, but they are also recorded. So in case you can’t make it, you’ll be able to watch it whenever available.
