Day 1: Belong
You arrive holding it all together. Here, you exhale. In our opening ceremony, you’re received not as the coach or achiever, but as a whole, tender human. We close the day with sound healing to soften the armor, release what’s heavy, and drop into the safety of the collective. Because breakthroughs aren’t born in isolation. They’re midwived by women who truly see you.
Day 2: Integrate
We begin with yoga, sun, and sand – returning to your body. Then we go inward. Through guided journaling and intimate circle shares, you’ll release the emotional weight you’ve been carrying. From that place of wholeness, you’ll harvest the true gold of your year: the lessons, pivots, and resilience that can’t be measured in wins alone. Because integrating your past isn’t just healing - it’s how you build a future rooted in wisdom.
Day 3: Radiate
You begin the day in nature, held in a somatic rebirth experience that cracks you open. Tears. Awe. You step out a newer, truer you. Then, with fresh clarity, you’ll envision the life and business you’re ready to create in 2026 - not from pressure, but from deep alignment. From that vision, you rise. Now you’re ready to be seen. Through our signature brand photoshoot, we capture the version of you that’s alive, aligned, and already leading. You’ll receive guidance to align your visual brand with your mission and leave with stunning assets that reflect your embodied essence.
Day 4: Trailblaze
Now, you lead. You’ll map your next chapter with our “Secret Sauce” planning process - rooted in joy, self-kindness, and seasonal clarity. Walk away with a bold, doable 2026 roadmap that reflects your capacity and leads to real results.
At night, we feast. Sing. Dance. Cry. Celebrate the courage it takes to choose your own path - and the women walking it with you.
Day 5: Homecoming

Attending Business Freedom Retreat was the first of many for me. Though most of my work lives online, this - gathering in sacred, sensory space - is where I come most alive. I’ve led retreats in the mountains of Vietnam, hosted 500-person conferences, and midwifed women into versions of themselves they never thought possible.

A: First, take a deep breath. You are not behind. You are human. Life gets full, and many past attendees have joined exactly from that place of disconnection. One powerful example is Trinh Thai. She didn’t touch the ICC curriculum all year because of a heavy corporate workload. She still joined - and six weeks after the retreat, she had three paying clients. We hear you. Homecoming is unlike any space you’ve been in. This retreat was intentionally created by and for highly sensitive, soul-led women. Milena herself is an introverted, empathic being - and every part of this experience honors your nervous system. Many past attendees identify as HSPs and introverts. They’ve called this retreat deeply nourishing, surprisingly gentle, and quietly life-changing. No pushing. No pretending. Just real, safe, embodied presence.

Ideally, we want you with us from start to finish - because each day builds on the next. That said, we understand the realities of work and life. If you truly cannot attend the full retreat, you’re still welcome to join us for part of it, as long as you can be fully present for the portion you attend. We’re happy to support you with coaching around setting boundaries and making space, because your future deserves this sacred portal.
