From overwhelm to overflow
December 2024 marked my 8th year of building a profitable coaching business.
On paper, everything looks like a dream: I’ve published an Amazon Best New Release book, spoken on TEDx three times, appeared on national TV, and built a six-figure business that serves clients in over 20 countries.
But if you peeled back the shiny layers, the truth is: for the first 4 years, I felt like a constant hot mess.
Growing my business felt like dragging 27 boulders uphill. I invested tens of thousands of dollars in learning, only to piece together a chaotic patchwork of tactics and unlearning toxic practices along the way.
I was overworked, overstretched, and overwhelmed, generating results that never matched the effort I put in.
But I kept hustling because I thought that’s just how it was.
Then, when I was six months pregnant with my daughter, everything changed.
I was on a small island northwest of Kuala Lumpur, wrapping up coaching packages while running a massive education project for young mothers in Vietnam.
I stood in the ocean, my feet anchored in warm, salty water. The setting sun was dipping into the horizon, a brilliant half-circle of light. My baby floated inside me as I floated in the waves.
And suddenly, it hit me: If my body can grow a whole human being without me thinking about it, why does growing my business feel so hard?
That realization sparked my obsession with flow. I began seeing it everywhere: workflow, communication flow, cash flow, surrendering to the flow of the Universe.
Four years later, flow transformed my life.

That’s the plan for Flow The Mastermind. However, this year is the first round of Flow, so the rate is the best now. I might increase it next year.
