Attending Business Freedom Retreat was the first of many for me. I built this retreat because it’s what I craved at the start of my journey: a space where strategy meets spirit, business feels like devotion, and success is shaped by your own hands.

Though most of my work lives online, this - gathering in sacred, sensory space - is where I come most alive. I’ve led retreats in the mountains of Vietnam, hosted 500-person conferences, and midwifed women into versions of themselves they never thought possible.

What I bring? A fusion of strategy, soul, and spellbinding space-holding. I don’t just teach business. I help you remember who you came here to be. And I can’t wait to meet the wild, wise woman rising in you.

We hear you. Homecoming is unlike any space you’ve been in. This retreat was intentionally created by and for highly sensitive, soul-led women. Milena herself is an introverted, empathic being - and every part of this experience honors your nervous system. Many past attendees identify as HSPs and introverts. They’ve called this retreat deeply nourishing, surprisingly gentle, and quietly life-changing. No pushing. No pretending. Just real, safe, embodied presence.
Ideally, we want you with us from start to finish - because each day builds on the next. That said, we understand the realities of work and life. If you truly cannot attend the full retreat, you’re still welcome to join us for part of it, as long as you can be fully present for the portion you attend. We’re happy to support you with coaching around setting boundaries and making space, because your future deserves this sacred portal.
If you joined ICC annual after 2024, your accommodation is not included. But don’t worry - we’ll assist you with booking a beautiful stay close to the retreat venue. Last year’s members found the process seamless and supportive.

You’ll find that even the pauses are powerful. This retreat isn’t about performing transformation. It’s about living it - at the pace that feels right for you.
