Life has seasons. We honor that. At the same time, pausing often breaks your momentum. When you step away from the collective energy, it’s harder to come back - and many members later regret it.
Your business weaves into every part of your life. In tough times, support and community matter even more. Before requesting a pause, ask yourself: Is stepping back truly what’s most supportive for me, or is this a habit of self-isolation? Could leaning in the support ecosystem of ICC serve me better?
Monthly Members
You may pause one pause per year, minimum 1 month, maximum 3 months - and return at the same rate.
If you cancel, you’ll rejoin at the future rate which will most likely be higher than the current.
Annual Members
One pause per year, minimum 1 month, maximum 3 months.
Only for significant life events (health, family emergency).
Annual membership is extended by the pause length.
Instalment payments must still be completed.

If you are in a tough season, we encourage you to discern carefully whether pausing is truly what you need, or whether staying connected - even in a smaller, gentler way - is what will keep you aligned with your purpose and moving forward.
You must submit pausing request at least 5 business days before your next scheduled payment date.
