Day 6 - Play the Edge - 21 Yoga Days

It's Day 6! Let's learn to Play the Edge: the art of loving and transforming our body limits. To move with attention and breath into a pose, reach the optimal level of intensity - enough to feel a pleasurable challenge, but not too much so that you violate your body. 

Throw away the No Pain, No Gain attitude. After all, yoga is a practice of self-love. Let's remember something more loving: it's not about how far we go, but how we goMoving one inch, one breath at a time, anything is possible.
