Day 4 - Breathe Breathe Breathe - 21 Yoga Days

There is something we do approximately 18 times per minute, 1,080 times an hour and 25,920 times a day – and don't even think about it: breathing. (

It's Day 4 my dear! And yes! Today it's all about the breath. Knowing how to breathe changed everything in my life: my health, diet, metabolism, anxiety level, mental power, body strength. 

While breathing should've been taught in kindergarten, it's never too late for us to learn. Let's go!
