Day 16 - Upside Down - 21 Yoga Days

How many posture groups did we do so far? *counting fingers*: Back Bend, Hips Opening, Standing, Balance, Twisting, Arm Support, Forward-Fold… and today it’s the last one: Inversion!

Day 16 we go Upside Down! Put our heart above our brain is great – whether it’s literally or metaphorically.

Having our heart above, the blood goes down to nurture our brain, gives us a state of calmness. Inversion poses challenge and improve your core strength. They also make us see and feel the world in a whole new way.
