Day 13 - How Strong Is Your Arm ? - 21 Yoga Days
Day 13 is here! Today's session challenges the strength of our upper body. There are some cool jump back and forth that may seem a little intimidating at first. So one important thing to keep in mind: be gentle on yourself, if it doesn't work the first time, smile and try again.
Find pleasure in intensity. Trust your body. Ride the breath. Explore the limits. Have fun. xo
