Day 8 - Back Bending - 21 Yoga Days

Hello my friend, it's DAY 8! I'll begin to post videos about big groups of yoga posture. Today we have the 1st group: Back-Bending! Back-Bending feels so good for our back and chest - if done right. 

Let's learn to do it right and have a good time ;)

P/S: I realized that during the final Death Body pose I spoke too softly that it's hard for you to listen. Really really sorry! Point to improve in future videos!
