Day 20 - Total Body - 21 Yoga Days

Day 20 my love. Look how far we've gone.

Today's practice is a Total Body routine that integrate strength, balance, and flexibility. Lots and lots of yummy Sun Salutation and its creative variation. You may sweaty and that's totally SWEET!
