Day 19 - Be Balanced - 21 Yoga Days

Balance isn't just about standing with 1 foot on the floor. It's about balancing all the aspects of our being: left & right, upper & lower, front and back of our body. Balancing postures require attention. Therefore, it slows down our chaotic thoughts and puts our mind in calmness.  

Alright, enough chitty-chatty. Let's experience this sense of balance now.
