Day 17 - Be Strong - 21 Yoga Days

Woah! Now that we've gone through all main groups of yoga postures. Time to put it all together. Today's sequence is all about Strength.

Here's a truth: the stronger you are, the lighter you feel. If you are twice as strong as you are right now, you'll feel twice as light. Imagine then how you'd carry yourself through your day? Your footsteps will be lighter, you'll have more energy to give and to love. 

The only way to gain strength is by training. So be happy and enjoy today's challenge. Love,
