Day 15 - Going Forward - 21 Yoga Days

Day 15. Let's go forward and fold deep into yourself. Today we focus on forward-bending postures. You'll learn to let go of the entire chain of muscles at the back of your leg and your back. For many of us, this is not easy.

When I began Yoga 6 years ago I couldn't even touch my toes. Poses like this require patience and self-love for our body's current limitations. Remember: one breath, one inch at a time. Everything is possible.
